Good evening gravediggers.

Beyond the ordinary

This is where our journey begins. Get to know our community of mystery lovers, and how committed we are to facts and interesting stories.  Join us as we grow and succeed together. We're glad you're here to be a part of the journey.

We research real cemeteries and investigate the dead who are not resting in peace - mysteries, murders, tragedies - the lives behind the names on the headstones. Listen to the podcast. Then write your own epitaph for the subject of each episode. Judged by our community, the best one will be mentioned at the start of the next episode.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Pick up your shovel.  We will gather at the gate of the featured cemetery at the start of each episode followed by a brief history of the cemetery, then the story of the one fascinating person buried there.

2. Hear the case:  murder, mystery, scandal, and tragedies researched, fact-checked, and told straight up.

3. You will hear what is written on the headstone.  Write an epitaph for that person based on what you've heard.  The gravedigger community will vote, and the winning epitaph will be read at the beginning of the next episode.

4. Each episode will have a gravestone recipe posted on the blog.  Hope a gravedigger will give it a try and let us know if it's worth adding to our own weekly menus.

5. Try a gravestone recipe.  Let us know what you think.
